Our goal here at UnfilledSeats is to connect you, the customer, with many different venues to show off the quality of their offerings. We hope to garner positive reviews as well as free word of mouth advertising for these venues.
With purchase of a subscription plan, you are instantly granted access to the members area. Within the member’s area, you will see a breakdown of all the shows and events that we have available along with all the showtimes and dates for each.
Tickets are complimentary.
We offer events consisting of Broadway and Off Broadway plays, Sporting Events, and even Comedy Clubs.
Due to the nature of the program, and the tickets being provided out of the goodwill of the venues, you will be accessed certain penalties for each show missed. So, please be mindful of the inconvenience that not showing up causes for the venue. Please see the terms and conditions for more information.
We are constantly seeking out new show opportunities. We want to be able to provide you with the most value for the service we are offering. New showtimes will be listed as soon as we are aware to their availability.
Due to the agreements we have with these venues, we are only allowed to display show time listings to paying members.
Currently we only offer shows in NYC. We will be expanding to more cities soon.
There is no limit to the number of shows you are allowed to attend.
Tickets are allowed to be returned up until 12 hours prior to show time.
The procedure for each venue may differ, but typically tickets can be picked up at will call. Simply present the receipt we have emailed you, and your tickets will be provided to you by the venue.
We provided a way for our venues to quickly and easily add last minute tickets. This means greater possibility for unique events.
By offering complimentary tickets, venues are able to obtain a form of free marketing from the people who attend. Word of mouth advertising is a powerful tool for creating buzz. Some of these shows are new and vastly unexplored. Any additional advertising helps these venues out greatly.
Unfilledseats has a no hassle cancelation policy. Membership cancelation is instant and does not require site approval. Simply navigate to the "Memberships Settings" tab under "My Account" on the navigation bar" and select "Cancel Your Membership".
Here at UnfilledSeats, we take your personal information very serious. We do not distribute or sell any of your personal data. Our entire site is encrypted over SSL, and no credit card information is stored on our servers. This means a very secure experience for everyone involved.
