UnfilledSeats is provided a set number of seats for event that we have listed.

Once you sign up for an event, your name is added to a list of attendees and you will be provided with an UnfilledSeats’ voucher

Shortly before an event we provide each venue a list of attendees for their corresponding event.

Upon arriving at an event, for most instances, you will present the UnfilledSeat’s voucher along with photo ID, and you will be provided with tickets for entry into the event.

They know you’re coming, so this process is as quick and painless as possible and will soon be on your way to sitting in your assigned seats.
By visiting the discover page you can see a list of all the events we have to offer.

To sign up for an event, you must first select(click) the date and time for the event you want to see. Once you have selected the show time you want to see, you will then have to click the “View Event” button. After clicking the “View Event” button, you will be brought to the corresponding event page. Here you can choose the number of tickets you would like to reserve. The number of tickets allowed will be based on your membership type.

Once you have selected the number of tickets you would like to receive for an event, you can click the “Reserve Ticket(s)” button. Depending on the type of membership you have, you may need to enter your billing information along with a credit card to reserve your tickets. Certain memberships do not require any billing information. Once you have filled out the required information click the “Place Order” button to finally reserve your spot(s).
You can refund/return tickets automatically as long as it is 12 hours prior to show time. This is an excellent way of keeping your account in good standing. If you return tickets with at least 12 hours until show time, you will not be penalized for missing an event.

Tickets can be refunded by visiting the “Your Tickets” section of the “My Account” tab you will see each specific order that you have placed.

If you click the “Order Details” button that corresponds to the specific show that you would no longer like to attend, you will see a “Return Order” button. Upon clicking the “Return Order” button, you will have to confirm by clicking the specific event, as well as click the “Submit” button.

If the event is successfully refunded, you will receive a popup that say your order has been “successfully refunded”
Due to the nature of the program, and the tickets being provided out of the goodwill of the venues, you will be accessed certain penalties for each show missed.

So, please be mindful of the inconvenience that not showing up causes for the venue.

By offering complimentary tickets, venues are able to obtain a form of free marketing from the people who attend. Word of mouth advertising is a powerful tool for creating buzz.

Some of these shows are new and vastly unexplored. Any additional advertising helps these venues out greatly.

New shows are added all the time. What you see today, might not reflect what you see tomorrow.

As soon as we secure seats to an event, the event is added to the discover tab. Some events are added well in advance, while others are added last minute.

The best way to take advantage of UnfilledSeats is to check back often.
Typically, we will send out a newsletter each time a new show is added.

We recommend keeping an eye on emails from us, so you can be the first in line to secure your spot to many of incredible events.
